Lyons Witten is a Senior Scientist and Licensed Site Professional at New England Environmental, Inc.(NEE), where he has worked since 2002. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Massachusetts. He is registered as an LSP in Massachusetts, and as a Professional Geologist in New Hampshire. He received OSHA HAZWOPER Supervisor’s Certification in 1995.

Mr. Witten has over seventeen years of professional experience in groundwater- and hazardous waste-related projects. He has been manager overseeing the preparation of, and/or prepared, over 360 environmental site assessments in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Projects were completed for private clients, government agencies, and lending institutions using ASTM, EOEA, U.S. Forest Service, HUD, or other client specifications.
