Peer review of projects on behalf of Conservation Commissions, Planning Boards, and Citizen Groups have been a specialty of our firm — to provide guidance on the review of complicated or controversial projects. Often town boards do not have the specific expertise to review projects, or prefer an independent third party reviewer to provide facts relative to a project before their board.
